^Lot 367 Simplex Industrial Electric Wall Clock

A vintage industrial wall clock manufactured by the Simplex Time Recorder Co. of Gardner, Massachusetts. The timepiece features a circular metal case with a dark brown textured finish and a convex glass lens protecting the dial. The cream-colored dial displays bold black Arabic numerals, a black minute track, tapered black hour and minute hands, and a red sweep second hand. The Simplex logo is printed below the twelve o'clock mark, and it is marked Made in U.S.A. at the bottom edge. On the reverse, the clock is equipped with a metal mounting bracket and a yellow plastic movement housing with an original paper label detailing technical and electrical specifications, including 115 volts. An integrated two-prong power cord is present. The name F LAWSON is handwritten in red marker across the back of the movement housing.
